It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Valaree "GG" Shire on October 1, 2022. Born on April 24, 1957, Valaree was a force of nature whose presence made the world a better place. While she was also known as GG, she preferred to be called Valaree.

Valaree is survived by 2 daughter’s , Shannon and Lorena Shire . Her  personality was a vibrant mix of loving, trusting, fun-loving, outgoing, friendly, loyal, and a unique blend of tough yet soft. In the simplest terms, Valaree was an extraordinary woman who touched the lives of many.

Throughout her life, Valaree shared invaluable lessons with those close to her. She taught others how to love completely and live life on their own terms. Valaree's greatest accomplishments were her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who will always remember her as a pillar of strength and love.

Valaree's legacy will be carried on by a strong line of women, a testament to her powerful influence. She leaves behind a crucial message: always tell your loved ones how much they mean to you, for we never know what may happen in the future.

The pain of losing Valaree is beyond words, and she will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. We take comfort in knowing that her spirit remains alive in the hearts of those she loved and inspired. Rest in peace, Valaree.
