Obituary
In beloved memory, our loving Mother, Mrs. Ursula P.F. Chaves ( Kapitzke) 84, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November, 05, 2020 in palliative care at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg, Ontario, Canada. She retired in the area after 20+ years working at the same hospital she spent her last days. We want to send out sincere thanks to her wonderful and caring doctor Dr. Mule and all the nurses and staff in the palliative care centre. …

Ursula requested cremation. Due to the current circumstances with cover-19, no services are permitted. We greatly appreciate everyone's love and support during this difficult time and encourage everyone to share their favorite memories and photos of Ursula on our memorial website.
