Phillip Jolly (first husband), Donna, Ronnie and Jason (Kansas), She was survived by husband of 38 years Edward Brzezinski, Kids Jody (Russ), John (Debbie), Therisa (Demitri), Paul (Kathy), Judy and 2 kids from her 1st marriage.
