It is with heartfelt sorrow we announce the passing of Ulyless Joseph Savoie Jr. who left us on March 8, 2025. Joey impressed a lasting mark of warmth and friendship on everyone he came across.
Joey lived a full and meaningful life whereby he loved and was loved in return. His journey was one that was defined not by its end, but by the amazing moments and joyous laughter he shared with the world along the way. Joey's friendly personality has left an indelible imprint on all who had the privilege to know and love him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ulyless Savoie, Sr & Imogene Arceneaux, his brothers, Richard & Michael Savoie. He is survived by his wife, Andrea, his sister Sharon Browning, his daughters Kindell & Savannah Savoie & Sandra Evans, three grandchildren, countless cousins, nephews, and neices.
The funeral service to celebrate and honor the life of Ulyless "Joey" Savoie Jr. will be held on March 18, 2025, at 2:30 PM at the Palm Springs Cemetery District in Cathedral City, CA. Family and friends are invited to join as we bid our final goodbyes to a treasured man who meant so much to so many. In leui of flowers, we would appreciate any donations to help offset the price of the service.
Joey will forever be remembered by those who knew him. He is now in the arms of Jesus Christ of Nazereth after spending his life spreading the gospel. His memory lives on in the love and kindness he shared with us all. May he rest in peace.
