Obituary

Ugboaku E. Atulobi, passed onto glory on Sunday, January 13 2019, at Highland Hospital Oakland. She was 46 years old. She is survived by her parents, 4 siblings, sister-in-law, 3 nieces, nephew, and a host of other relatives and friends.
