How you can help
We are creating this page to honor my dad and support our family during one of the most difficult moments of our lives.
Over the past few weeks, his health declined, and we did everything we could to make sure he was surrounded by love, comfort, and dignity. He was a strong, resilient man, and what mattered most to him was having his family close.
Just a few months ago, in January, we laid his mother to rest. Our family is still carrying that loss, and to now be walking through this has been incredibly heavy.
Right now, we are navigating not only the emotional weight of losing him, but also the unexpected financial strain that comes with it. Travel costs, time away from work, and funeral expenses have all added up quickly.
If you know me, you know I’m someone who handles things and figures it out. But this moment is bigger than what I can carry alone—and I want to be able to grieve and be present with my family without the constant pressure of finances.
These funds will go toward:
• Funeral and memorial expenses
• Travel for family during this time
• Supporting our family as we take time to be together
More than anything, this allows us to honor him the way he deserves—with presence, love, and peace.
If you feel led to give, thank you from the bottom of my heart. And if not, your prayers, thoughts, and love mean just as much to us right now.
Thank you for being part of this with us. Contribute

My dad didn’t have an easy life.
He grew up in ways that most people never see, and he carried things that would have broken a lot of people. There were years that were hard—years shaped by pain, by mistakes, and by choices that weren’t always easy to understand.
But that’s not where his story ends.
Over the last 15 years, I watched him rebuild his life piece by piece. Not perfectly, not overnight—but intentionally. He chose to keep going. He chose to try again. He chose to be better.
And in that, he taught me something I will carry for the rest of my life:
That redemption is real.
That people can change.
That kindness—real kindness—isn’t just who you are when life is easy… it’s who you choose to be when it’s not.
He showed me that showing up matters. Even after everything. Especially after everything.
It’s easy to judge. It’s easy to walk away.
But choosing to grow, to face yourself, to keep trying—that’s hard. And he did that.
I am so proud of him.
And I love him in a way that doesn’t fit neatly into words. Complicated, deep, real love.
If you knew him, you know his heart.
And if you didn’t, I hope you can understand why this moment matters so much to me.
