My beautiful husband, Tyler Wentworth of Katy, Texas and Yarmouth, Maine passed away on January 19, 2023.

We were together over 15 years and he was my soulmate and my best friend. I cannot tell you how precious he was to me, because my words falter and fail, whereas he never did. He was my rock, my stronghold, my gentle morning, soothed by the gaze from his beautiful eyes, soft words through a smile. He made me happy, dare to dream, and laugh.

Our affinity in words, thoughts, and in all we shared seemed to stretch to infinity or so I dreamed. Now although he is no longer physically by my side, he has not vanished from my sight, nor abandoned my broken heart. He lives in the energy that surrounds me. His love enfolds and envelopes me, and always shall.

I need not will him to exist for we had so much to sustain and enrich the joyful life we led. It cascades in the laughter that entwined us, the little inside jokes of irreverence and mirth, the mutual look of instant unspoken and intuitive understanding, to the profound secrets we shared, spiritually naked and afraid, in sacred trust, in which we revealed our true selves and our truth to each other.

He loved me unconditionally, and I loved him in the same spirit. Now, I must let him go, this beautiful life that I treasured and adored will soon disappear from our sight, but his soul lives in me. My love is mine, and I shall always be his.

Rest in peace, my best friend and sweet husband. My love, my soulmate.
