Tyler's obituary
Tyler Hamilton Eike, age 44, of Sea Cliff, NY, passed away on September 02, 2025. He was born in Fairmont, MN on September 24, 1980.
Tyler was a devoted father, son, brother, partner and friend. He never met a stranger in all of his days. He dedicated his life to providing love and support to all who crossed his path. He leaves behind his beloved son Warren Eike of Loveland, CO. He always said that ‘being a Dad is the greatest thing I have ever done’. Tyler loved being a Dad. He told strangers at restaurants and stores just how much being a Dad is the best. He was so proud of his son and passes on a deep love for music and ‘being a good human’.
He also leaves behind his partner of over six years, Sarah Leavell of Sea Cliff, NY. He leaves behind is mother, Lori Eike and brother Joshua Eike of Tempe, AZ. And it comes as no surprise that he has many friends literally all over the world. Those that loved him, loved him deeply and unconditionally. Tyler had a magnetic, larger than life personality that simply drew you in.
He is preceded in death by his father Terrence Eike. Tyler came by his love of music naturally, having musicians as parents. He passes this on to his son as well. Tyler is also preceded in death by his grandparents Tom and Dorothy Hamilton and his uncle, Tom Hamilton Jr., all from Estherville, IA.
In death, Tyler was an organ donor. He was able to donate each of his kidneys to a recipient in need. Even in death he will live on in others.
His family welcomes you to attend his Celebration of Life where we will share stories and music and remember all of the good times. The service will be held on October 18, 2025 at Kiwanis Park in Tempe, AZ at 2pm - until. Please look to this memorial website for more details. Always one to say that he hoped he left this world a better place and was able to do something to make a difference, I think that we can confidently say that he went above and beyond for both. Tyler, you are so loved and will be missed by many.
