Tyler was born to Oliver and Glenda Balard in Holdenville Arkansas. He was survived by his parents, wife Victoria, 2 children Kolt and Karly, 1 brother Kevin and 2 sisters Jazlin and Melanie. As well as numerous nieces nephews and extended family. Tyler loved hunting fishing and of course his family. We are just at a loss that this beautiful soul has been taken from us. Services are pending in Arkansas. We will have a remembrance at the home on Feb 24 at 6pm.
