Tuan's obituary
Tuan was born in Saigon, Vietnam, on January 12th, 1976 to the late Viet Nguyen and Ha Le. He attended and graduated from Ngo Quyen High School in Vietnam and went on studying at Rice University for his history major.
After finishing college, he moved to Alpharetta, GA to pursue his past career as a history teacher at Alpharetta High School. He stayed at Alpharetta High School for 8 years, until he was offered the position as a history professor at Gwinnett Technical College, which was his most current job.
Being the history loving person he is, Tuan was one to create field trips for his students to visit historical monuments quite often as well as allowing them and himself opportunities to volunteer at voting polls. Besides his love for history, Tuan was very family orientated, if he wasn't at the school he would be home spending time and taking care of his loved ones at home.
His funeral will be held Saturday, September 4th at 9am from the SouthCare Cremation & Funeral Society, 225 Curie Dr Suite 100, Alpharetta, GA followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in First Baptist Church Of Alpharetta, 44 Academy St, Alpharetta, GA. Visiting hours will be held Friday (September 3rd) from 5pm to 7pm at the SouthCare Cremation & Funeral Society
