Troy Q. Duncan, 56, of Plattsburg, MO passed away on June 13, 2023. He was born on August 1, 1966 in Kansas City, Missouri to James Q. Duncan and Anne D. Smith.
Troy is survived by his loving wife, Michelle Duncan, his Travis (Julie) Duncan, his mom, Karen Duncan, his sisters, Angie (Steve) Sachs and Jenny (Dave) Nance, his brother, Chad Younger, three grandkids and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Q. Duncan and his mother, Anne D. Smith.
Troy will be missed by all who knew him.
