Troy Allan Betcher, age 48, passed away comfortably on April 23rd 2025 at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. Diagnosed with a terminal illness, he rapidly declined and it brought a lot of melancholy for family and friends alike. Despite this, Troy was strong to fight through all of this and made an effort to have a peaceful end.
Troy left behind his ex partner Dawn Church; and their two children Lexus and Xavier …
