Ms Moore was one of the most loving persons I have ever met. Not ever did she missed speaking to me asking how is my day going. After loosing my sister she made sure I was doing ok. Truly a loving caring person. Truly missed.

Tresa was not only a neighbor for many years but a friend, a Soror but best of all, a sister in Christ. She was passionate about education and children! We spent hours discussing methods and techniques to improve the academics of our children. She even tutored my son in math. Alton, Erik, and Tiffany, your mom will be forever in my heart. My condolences to Tresa's family. I first met Tresa when I attended Carverdale Community School . Her parents owned a small store and Beauty Shop. Ms Barnes would sometime perm my hair she would do a good job. Tresa was always a caring lovable person. towards me. She was like a sister I never had , coming from a family of nine children 8 boys and I’m being the only girl is the reason I felt that way . She was the only girl also that was our connection. We would visit each other and have lunch together . She was there for me when my mother passed away such a comfort for me. Just laughing reminiscing about the fun times we had was special. The funniest thing happened when she ran the car into her parent's store . She said Janet why didn’t you say something I was in shock couldn’t say anything. She will be missed. Tiffany Eric and Alton your Mother was a beautiful woman of God who loved unconditionally.. Love you all . Aunt Janet 🙂❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽.

I always have very fond memories of Sis Tresa during my college years. She mentored and tutored me through difficult times. I recall so many hours spent at her home, all of us youngins like to hang out there. Good food and great fellowship! She was a great woman of God and an Amazing teacher of the Word. I will cherish the wisdom she poured into us young ladies at Spirit of Life Church being a part of the Shekinah Glory dance ministry. She will never be forgotten.

Another angel of the Lord has taken flight to be at eternal rest with the Lord.

Aunt Teresa, was a foundational pillar in my early life.  Apart of Mom’s correcting crew Aunt Ethel and Aunt Teresa were vital parts of the village that assured that we were trained up in the way that we should go.

Sleep overs at her house were always a joy, attending church with her at Mt. Zion or going on trips to her Mothers house Ms. Barnes was always a time of learning.

She was an educator at heart,  a lover of learning and a brilliant administrator.

We will miss her sweet, sweet, spirit, but we stand on the word of God that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord and we believe that those who die in Christ Jesus we shall see them again.

See you later Aunt Teresa, til we meet again in the bye and bye, when the morning comes, When all the saints of God are gathered home🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
