Tracy played bass for my band [Country Edition] for a few years and we had a lot of fun playing country music at several different venues. One of the best bass players I had in the band. The most fun I had with Tracy was with the bus trip to Kentucky. We sure had a lot of fun on the bus going there and coming home as well as our time spent there in Kentucky. I was friends on Facebook with him and we chatted a few times. and even on the phone. I sure do miss him. R.I.P Tracy. Someday we will be together and play some more music together in Heaven.
Our Smoked Country Jam family lost one of our dearest friends last week, when Tracy Waite (Big Trace) passed away. Tracy was one our first festival MCs, having taken the stage in McElhattan, Loganton, and Quiet Oaks. He and his wife, Mary Ann, joined us for many festivals, often times bringing their adorable granddaughter, Morgan along. Big Trace had a heart as big and beautiful as the PA Wilds. He was a kind and understanding man, who loved bluegrass, and the people who played it! The last Smoked Country Jam festival Tracy attended, in 2016. He loved Sammy Shelor, and wanted to introduce him to our stage. Rest in Peace, Big Trace. We love you! You are with the angel band now...play on! 🕊

First time to the casino, As …
2022, The casino

First time to the casino, As most of the grandkids grew up I said we are at the age where we don't need gifts we want memories. I said since there aren't too many fun things for adults to do let's go to the casino! Pap was super excited as he has never been before and gram said sure! He had such a good time and was on a winning streak! He even had a few sips of beer that night while driving the scooter!

We asked the staff if that was okay and they said of course! They don't hand out DUIs in the casino haha!

He was so tuckered out that night from all the moving around we did from one slot machine to the next.

I am so glad we were able to go and an adventure he's never done before.
