My husband had a major heart attack while driving his car he ending up in a 3 car collision on July 9th. And had declined ever since ,before the accident he was forgetting a lot of things and one of them. Was insurance. I tried to get it reinstated but at that time he was diagnosed with heart failure kidney and liver failure and a blood clot in his heart. And he lost his sight .Me and my son ended up taking full care of him since July because we were waiting on disability from SSI. But unfortunately he passed @11:48pm on Dec 1st at Pheobe memorial hospital. I need some help in funeral cost .The funeral home is J.L.
