Tracy's obituary
Tracy was born on February 24rth 1970 to Jerry and Gerry in Bremerton, WA . Tracy was passionate about making people laugh, playing his guitar and being a craftsman . He was an avid outdoors man, who loved art. Not only was Jack his middle name but he was known for being a Jack of "All Trades." He had a Nomad lifestyle he preferred living outside along the river rather then any house or apartment. He would often disappear for days sometimes weeks at a time exploring the world living by the seat of his pants. He would make people laugh leaving them with an everlasting impression of his happy personality, music and jokes. Anyone who knew Tracy knew that you would most likely find him with a 211 in his hand and a charming smile on his face. His brilliance lied within being street savvy avoiding hard work and the law. Tracy was always a source of positivity, unless it came to his 211 being half empty . Tracy's family and friends will miss him more than words can say.
