Generous and hardworking, she was always on the go, ready to lend a hand to anyone in need. She had a deep appreciation for the moon and stars, which reflected her wonder and curiosity about the world.

Tracy leaves behind her husband, Romeo, and her children, Sylvia, Ava, David, Kathleen, and Cheyanne. She was also a cherished grandmother to Romeo, Alex, Ezekiel, Connor, Layla, and Cali. Her siblings, Mickey, Patty, Shelby, Ricky, Capp, and Jim, will also hold her memory dear. Tracy was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Keltner, father, Raleigh Annis, and sister, Cindy.

Throughout her life, Tracy found joy in her many hobbies. She was an avid reader of Stephen King and mystery thriller novels, which captivated her imagination. She enjoyed nature walks, often admiring wildflowers, and had a passion for tending to her numerous green indoor plants. Above all, family time was most precious to her, cherishing every moment spent with her loved ones.

A private celebration of life will be held in honor of Tracy. Her life was a testament to the love and care she extended to all who knew her, and she will be profoundly missed.
