Tracie harbored a profound passion for animals throughout her life. From her earliest days, she welcomed stray animals into her home, and over the course of her life she nurtured a diverse range of pets that included dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, and even a turtle. In her later years, Tracie became a beloved figure in her Fort Lauderdale neighborhood, recognized and cherished by both her human neighbors and their canine companions for always having treats on hand for any dog she encountered.
