Tonya's obituary
Tonya Tillman, a beacon of light and laughter, was born on March 10, 1973, and left this earthly realm on May 9, 2025. Tonya touched the lives of everyone she met and was adored for her brilliance and wit, her kindness and generosity, and her boundless love for her family and friends.
Tonya was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and raised in nearby Sherwood. She graduated from Jacksonville High School and then the University of Arkansas in Little Rock before settling in Dallas, Texas. She leaves behind a loving family, who cherished her deeply; her husband, Curtis White; her mother, Barbara Hicks; sister, Keisha Mitchell; brother, Michael Tillman; niece, Kaleigha Collier; and her nephew, Tony Collier. Her family will remember her beautiful spirit, love, and the immense wisdom she constantly imparted.
Tonya had a unique ability to make everyone around her feel loved and appreciated. She loved a game night surrounded by friends and family, and she cherished these moments filled with laughter and joy. Her recreational time was often spent helping others, and the impact of her selfless actions will be felt throughout her circle of friends and family for years to come.
In Tonya's passing, we will miss a remarkable woman who lived her life with an abundance of love and compassion. Her infectious smile, unending generosity, and incredible intellect will continue to inspire all who knew her, and she will forever be remembered in all of our hearts.
Tonya's family and friends will first commemorate her life on Saturday, May 25th at the following location: Superior Funeral Services, 5017 E. Broadway St, North Little Rock, AR 72117.
