Background
As many of you know, we, the Standon "kids", lost our mom on January 22, 2022. On March 17, 2022, Tonya's heart have up the fight after some complications from surgery. She went to be with her best friend, our mom, Bette and our beloved dad Jim Standon. I am still in shock and heartbroken. Riding the waves of grief as it was so eloquently expressed to me. Heartbroken.
Please do not send flowers or memorial gifts, instead, please consider a donation to help with her cremation and interment fees.
I didn't ask for help with my mom, but a few people have recently asked if they could help, and at this time, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My husband and I are comfortable, but absorbing these costs is unexpected. There was no life insurance in either my mom's or Tonya's passing so I am paying for this out of pocket. I will not abuse your kindness if you choose to help pay for Tonya's final expenses. Tonya was very vocal about where she wanted our parents urns to be interred. I have purchase the plot directly next to them for her. The money raised will go towards that bill.
I thank you for any donation, every dollar adds up. No guilt here, please only if you can comfortably help and you want to, it will be appreciated. If you can't, that is okay too. I understand that times are tough.
