Background
My sister, Tonya was a dedicated mom, daughter, sister and friend to all that knew her. Her favorite role was being a mom to Zay; she loved her time with Zay most.
After the loss of her mom a few years ago, she struggled to provide a stable home for Zay, as a single mom. But Zay's care and well-being motivated her to keep pushing for better.
On May 9th, Tonya lost her battle with life due to complications with Diabetes. Due to her illness, she was in & out of hospitals, which adventurely ended her 12 year tenure at Safeway.
Tonya passed in her home and now Zay (6 years old) is left with millions of questions, tears, & the memories of his mom not moving, talking and hugging him.
