Anthony “Tony” Crowther

June 28, 1956 – August 14, 2022

Novato, CA

Tony Crowther fondly known as "TC"

unexpectedly passed away on August

14, 2022 at the age of 66. Tony was

born in London, England to parents

Dr. Douglas Crowther of Derby,

England and Yvette (Taddei)

Crowther of Nice, France. Tony, the

oldest of five children was raised in

Forest Hills in San Francisco and

attended St. Cecilia School and St.

Ignatius High School. When Tony was

a junior his parents moved to Sleepy

Hollow in San Anselmo where he

graduated from Drake High School in

1973. Tony attended College of Marin

and became a stock broker working

and living in Marin County. He

absolutely loved sports, playing

basketball during his school years

and had season tickets to the

Warriors. He was an avid 49er/Giants

fan and also loved fishing and cooking.

Tony was passionate about music,

had a wide range of interests, enjoyed 

reading and debating and brought 

positive energy to any room he

entered. Tony is survived by his

daughter, Kelsey Crowther-Hoffmeyer

(Andrew) of Colorado,

his 4 siblings; Marc, Gigi (Brette),

Tina and John and his nieces

Christina (Kyle), Natalie, Savannah,

Kassidy, nephews Johnny & Chris, and

great nephew and niece Asher and Francesca.

The Family will hold a private

Celebration of Life in his honor.
