Tony Joseph Orozco

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Tony Joseph Orozco, 60, of Kingman, Arizona, who peacefully left us on Saturday, March 1, 2025, following a brief but sudden illness. Tony was surrounded by his devoted wife, children, and grandchildren during his final moments. He was born on November 17, 1964, in Garden City, Kansas.
Tony was a deeply loving and dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He married his beloved wife, Laura Ochs, in 1986, after meeting her in 1983. Their 39 years together were filled with love, laughter, and a bond that only grew stronger with time.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, and his two beloved children, Kassandra and Anthony Daniel. He is survived by his wife, Laura, and their four daughters: Rachelle (Mike), and their children Anthoney, Dominic, Isabella, Kassandra, Lucy, and William; Larissa; Allison, and her daughter Annabelle; and Alexis (Matthew). He is also survived by his son, Daniel (Christina), and their children Patrick, Chase, and James.
In 2002, Tony and his family moved to Arizona, where he began working at True Value in 2003. He dedicated many years to his job, becoming a respected and valued member of the team. Before that, Tony worked for 21 years at Dillon’s grocery, managing various departments and earning the trust and admiration of his coworkers and customers. His strong work ethic, reliability, and kind-hearted nature made him a cherished figure in both his personal and professional life.
Although Tony lived in Arizona for many years, his heart never strayed far from his roots in Kansas, and he remained a loyal fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, the Kansas City Royals, and the Kansas Jayhawks. He proudly supported his favorite teams, no matter where life took him. His unwavering passion for Kansas sports was a reflection of his enduring connection to his home state, and he always enjoyed sharing that enthusiasm with his family.
Tony will always be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his passion for life, and his deep-rooted loyalty to his Kansas teams. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
His memory will continue to inspire and provide comfort to those who loved him.
