Antonio "Tony" Lopez, passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife and children on November 24. 2022. 

His loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. Tony was a husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many, and he will be greatly missed.

Tony was born on January 17, 1974, to loving parents Felipe Lopez and Maria Luisa Lopez in Tijuana, Baja California. He was the youngest of 9 children. Tony attended Arroyo High School where he met the love of his life, Sandra.  Tony became part of the Chaffey Joint Union High School District family where he worked as a Campus Officer for over 25 years. On August 1997, Tony married his best friend and soulmate Sandra, and together had 4 beautiful children Jacob (20). Jazmin (19). Julia (18) and Jessica (15). Tony volunteered to coach his son in the Montclair's Basketball League and was a leader for Rooted at Purpose Church.

Anyone who knew Tony knew that he had a big heart, and a witty sense of humor. He always knew what to say and loved to make people laugh. His pride and joy were not measured by accolades or things, but by being a family man. He adored his wife and 4 kids and spent every waking moment creating lifelong memories of joy, laughter, and love. Those who knew him knew this was his greatest accomplishment. He devoted his life to teaching his kids to work hard, be kind, and love big.

While his loss leaves a tremendous hole in all our hearts, we are comforted by knowing he is in Heaven.  Thank you for all of your love and support for our family. There will be a memorial service held at Todd Memorial Chapel on December 17, 2022, followed by his burial and celebration of Life.
