It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Toni "Toni Bob" Phillips, also widely known as Toni, who passed away on February 6, 2019. Toni was born on August 2, 1960, and was truly a woman of substance who left a remarkable legacy intertwined with her wit, resilience, love, and humor.

Toni is succeeded by her children Maria Phillips, Peter Lesser, Christopher Phillips, Rosemarie Will, Edward Will, Michelle Branda, and Anthony Phillips. The countless memories and lessons she shared with them will never be forgotten, and her legacy will live on through them.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bouchaib Moustakim, as well as her loving parents, Clarence and Josephine Phillips.

Toni was always noted for her strength and candid nature. Always pragmatic, Toni taught those around her the value of authenticity, often advising them not to 'take anyone's BS' and to 'never sugar coat anything'. A fierce provider and mother, she believed that one's children are the architects of their future, a belief that she held dear until her last breath.

Although she was known as the toughest woman her family has known, Toni had a profound love and soft spot for her family. She will be remembered for her laughter, her strength, her wit, and above everything, her love for her family. As we mourn her loss, we also celebrate her life and the enduring love she left behind. Her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
