He is survived by his loving younger sister, Charlene Garcia (Tom).
His memories are shared by and continue to live through his devoted daughter, Donna Santiago and her husband, Luis, and his faithful son, Daniel Woody and his wife, Jessica. He was a proud grandfather to six grandchildren, Samantha Sanchez (Mark), Sabrina Barrett, Gianna Barrett, Sabra Davies (Ryan), Abigail Woody, and Christian Woody. And an even prouder great-grandfather to four great-grandchildren, Isabelle, Alistair, Jade, and Quinn. He will be deeply missed and remembered by his daughter-in-law, Sandy Woody, former son-in-law, Mark Barrett, and partner, Patti Stecker.
Tom was a man of great character, described best as funny, caring, and a genuine lover of animals.
