Tom was diagnosed Lewy Body Dementia in July 2021. It is very different than Alzheimer’s dementia. Not only does it take over your cognitive abilities, it’s also takes over your physical body. It’s called Parkinsonism which is like Parkinson’s. When you get this disease at such a young age, it comes on stronger, faster and harder. This is the second most type of dementia yet a lot of people have not heard of it. Contribute to Lewy Body Dementia Association
