Todd's obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Todd Alan Owens. Born on July 27th, 1975 in Wichita, Ks. Todd left this world too soon on December 24, 2024 in Belle Plaine, Kansas. Todd lived a life full of humor, creativity, and an undeniable love for his family.
Todd leaves behind a significant legacy through his children, Taylor, Kaitlin, and Haleigh, and Jillian who will forever cherish the memories of their loving father. Their hearts, although heavy with grief, are filled with countless moments of laughter, vibrant conversations, and the comforting silence that comes with a lifetime of shared understanding.
He also had a special bond with his grandchildren, A’marianna and De’mir, whose youthful energy and endless curiosity brought him immeasurable joy. His memory will continue to thrive in their young minds as stories of 'Papa Todd' become an integral part of their upbringing.
He is also survived by his caring spouse, Sue, his ex-wife, Grace, and his uncle, Jeff. Todd was predeceased by his mother, Susan Owens, whom he often spoke of with deep affection.
A man of simple pleasures, Todd relished in the delightful fluffiness of cupcakes and the hearty satisfaction of fried eggs. He was a devoted fan of the Denver Broncos. In his free time, he could often be found in the company of his beloved cat, "Bad Boy", while spending quality time with his family.
This loss is deeply felt by all who knew and loved Todd. His humor and creativity will be deeply missed, but his spirit lives on in the hearts of his family and friends. As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate the love, joy, and laughter he brought into our lives. May his soul rest in everlasting peace.
