Todd was born in Chicago son of Charles L. Williams and Alice J. Leinonen, survived by sisters Maureen, Debbie and Sherri, immediate family Dawn & Mike, Kristy, Charity & Adam; extended family including grandchildren Talon, Blake, Richard, Brooklyn, Dillon, Lucille, and Annabelle; great grandchildren Malaiyah, Xander and Skylar; preceded in death by his parents, stepmother Shirley, brother Chuck, grandchild Darik.
