He moved to 241 Bieber Dr, San Jose, CA 95123, graduating from elementary school in 1972, and middle school in 1974. In 1978, Todd became a proud graduate of Santa Clara High School.

In his later life, Todd experienced the joy of gaining siblings and also endured the pain of losing parents. His life journey was shaped by these experiences, yet he remained a pillar of strength and love, especially to his nieces and his brothers-in-law.

Todd is survived by his sisters, Virginia Marie Mathiesen, Janet Kromminga, and Kay Bean, his nieces, Jenelle Marie Linsmeier and Samantha Kathryn Bean Campos, and his brothers-in-law, Brad Kromminga and Randy Bean.

Todd also mourned the passing of his beloved cousin, Paul Robert Owens, and his aunts, Evelyn Katherine Mathiesen and Carol Ann Mathiesen.

A memorial service to celebrate Todd's life will be held on December 9, 2023, at 11:00 AM at the Peace (formerly Sunnyhills) United Methodist Church.
