Todd Russell Kimball (b. September 9, 1968; d. February 19, 2025) originally of Danville, California, passed away on February 19 at the age of 56 in Portland, Oregon. Todd was born with cerebral palsy and lived a life of freedom and independence with the help of his wheelchair and strength of spirit.
