I was 10 years old when Todd was born. He was the baby to four older siblings. Oh, how we loved his cheerful and sweet spirit…he was so loved by all of us. My parents socialized often for my fathers business and when I was 13+, I did quite a bit of babysitting. We created a bond over the years that words cannot describe. He was my brother and my best friend. We talked at least weekly either in person or on the phone. And later via Alexa so we could see each other even though miles away. He was one of the most important persons in my life.
What a joy the love we shared. He was the bravest, strongest and yet sweetest person. He cared about everyone he met. I think about him and talk to him every day, either in my mind or in my heart. My heart aches and I miss him terribly.
Todd, you will always be in my heart. Merry Christmas sweetie.
Love, love, love you, Terry.

I grew up in the same neighborhood and I remember the Halloween scene at the Goodman house brothers Jeff and Robert would scare the crap out of us on the carport all decorated and Todd would be all pumped up! He was a great guy I moved away from Accokeek and tried to keep in touch but had to hear about his life from others and very sad to hear of him passing away!
