Background
Todd passed suddenly and did not have arrangements in place to provide for the expenses associated with his final arrangements. His body has been transported to Tampa from Fort Worth for burial in the family plot at Garden of Memories. Dean and Wendi are managing all associated expenses. Any assistance friends and family can offer will greatly help in this endeavor.
