I was just looking online trying to find Todd. He had been on my mind for the last couple years but I could t find him. I am beyond crushed to read this.

Sen

I knew Todd when he lived in Cohoes, NY with his mother. We dated for a few years, hanging out with his friends Ken & Michelle.  I have fond memories of him water skiing on the Mohawk River, a sight to behold...so graceful & powerful. I also remember his love of big band music and his album collection. I am sadden to hear of his passing. I knew him to be a kind soul.

My deepest condolences to his friends and family. I knew him as an instructor in fire dancing. He was very charismatic and was generous with the time he spent teaching me and some other people as well. I had a lot of fun back then and I’m glad I had the chance to meet him.  The world is a sadder place without Todd. God bless, rest in peace.

Sonja:

With you in spirit today Christy, though I wish I could be in person.  Thank you for creating this closing ritual for Todd.

I'm with you in honouring his life, his genuine struggles, the parts of him that were so creative, giving and wonderful; along with the desperate ways he acted out in cries for connection and possibly attempts to escape his own pain. And ultimately, to make some meaning of the terribly sad way his ‘new beginning’ was cut short and that the hopelessness was unbearable for him.

I feel grateful to have known Todd, and the love you two shared. Even more grateful to be able to share in some of this ceremony and process you’re allowing me to have with you to grieve him.

I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Todd. I had the privilege of knowing Todd, and he was truly a remarkable person. Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. My thoughts are with you and your family as you remember and celebrate his life.

Todd was a very intelligent and capable person. I recall spending several hours with him on multiple occasions talking about ways to use computer software to improve the processes and the jobs that he had while we were in "Sweden." We jogged many a lap around the track brainstorming ideas. I also recall him showing his artwork, a man of many talents. Todd was the kind of guy that got things done with his creativity and smarts.
