Tobin Boggs (45) 1975-2021-. Tobin. Move to Oklahoma in 2013 but he began to work for the Oklahoma Forestry service.he enjoyed spending time with his fiance of 6 1/2 years Cathryn Brinkoetter of Newalla OK.. he was a private investigator for 15 years enjoy making people laugh ..Tobin had a big heart.. he was looking forward to be married soon he would not hesitate to tell everyone about his love for her.. he will be dearly missed 💔 Tobin lost battle with Stage 3 stomach cancer. His Remains will be shipped to Gulfport Mississippi for burial at the Biloxi National Cemetery.. Tobin had no immediate family here in Oklahoma..
