It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ms. Tina Diane Steele, who entered into eternal rest on July 28, 2023 in Brawley, Ca. Born on May 12, 1972, in Indianapolis, In. She also lived in Memphis, Tn. Tina lit up the lives of those around her with her unending spirit.

Tina was a beloved daughter, sibling, aunt and niece. She is survived by her siblings, Terry Steele of Fulton, Ms, Stephanie (Tom) Garret of Avon, In and Amanda (Joe) Lear. Her nephew Caleb Tucker, and niece, Cassidy Lear. Her uncles Larry (Joan) Steele, Donald (Donna) Steele, and Leon (Kathy) Irvin will remember her fondly, as well as her countless friends.

Her father, Benny Steele, mother, Alice French Warner, Bonus Mother Shelia Steele, grandfather, JL Steele, grandmother, Reba Steele, grandfather, Hurley French Sr., and grandmother, Mildred Mae French Carpenter, who predeceased her.

Those who knew Tina would describe her personality as that of a prankster. She had the ability  have a sense of joy and fun into any situation. Her philosophy of always smiling and laughing, no matter the circumstances, stands as a lesson to us all. Among her myriad of accomplishments, she was particularly talented in the fields of art and music, enriching the lives of those around her with her creativity.

Tina leaves behind a legacy of kindness. She believed in treating all living beings with compassion, and it is through this spirit that we honor her memory.
