Background
Over the past five years, Tina was hospitalized multiple times and had a number of outpatient procedures that created a significant financial burden. Her latest hospitalization was unexpected and unfortunately her diagnosis was terminal. Tina spent her last few days at Stillwater Hospice Home in Fort Wayne, Indiana, until her passing the afternoon of Monday, March 4, 2024, surrounded by family and friends.
Unfortunately this was quite unexpected, and we don't have the funds we need to pay for her funeral. Donations in any amount are greatly appreciated. Anything donated will be used to offset funeral costs.
Any donations beyond our goal will be given as a donation to Stillwater Hospice Home. Thank you so much to everyone in advance for your support. Contribute
