Tina Lynn Palicia was born in Erie P.A. on Sunday, January 1st, 1967. She tragically lost her life, at the age of 56, on Wednesday, August 2nd, 2023. Tina is survived by her boyfriend, Walter Beers, and her three children Michelle (Shel) O'Hara, Anthony Palicia, and Calley Palicia.
