For Tina

Hello everyone Im Shay. I worked with Tina at Kindercare Centennial. First and foremost I would like to offer my condolences to the family you are in my thoughts and prayers and I pray that God will give you strength and understanding during this difficult time.

I would just like to share some kind words about Tina. Tina Tina Tina! She was one tough cookie. She was small but mighty she was a firecracker, she was outspoken she said what was on her mind whether you liked it or not. She was always right even when she was wrong. She could talk your head off without taking a breath. If you leave it up to her she was the head honcho of the center. The one thing that she hated the most was someone making her feel like she couldn’t do her job she would go on and on about it and her favorite thing to say was DONT WORRY ABOUT ME I KNOW HOW MY JOB!! She did not play when it came to her job and those kids. Her passion and dedication was unmatched. She showed up everyday ready to work and serve others. When I was running late she covered for me, she would bring hash browns for the kids in the mornings to eat before it got too hectic. She would do anything to put a smile on the kids face from singing the alphabet song with them over and over again to rolling around on the ground playing football with them. She truly had so much more life to live.

Im going to miss her. The times she would hid in my classroom when she didn’t want to be found or the way she would strut down the hallway when she was in a good mood or how she would always try to finish my sentences. I will always cherish the memories that we made and the time that we spent together. I love you Ms Tina 💚

Tina took such good care of my daughter from day 1
Tina! We had such good laughs and conversations together. Ones that will stay with me forever. I enjoyed your company even when you drove me crazy lol. The love and passion that you had for all the children inspired me to become a better caregiver. You loved them dearly and they loved you back. Thank you for being a friend to me. Im going to miss you. You will always be in my heart ❤️ Rest Well Na’na
If you worked with Tina you KNOWWW how much she loved getting her morning Mc Donald’s lol. When I started working at my second job Tina would come over on her lunch break just to come talk to me and see how I was doing. She loved her job. She truly loved all the children. She will be deeply missed by many. I know we will all cherish the moments we’ve made with you.
She may have been small, but she was truly a firework, full of life and light. My daughter adored her and loved calling her ‘Nana.’ I’ll always remember her funny casino stories that could light up any room. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
Where do I begin with Ms Tina. She was funny outgoing most of all full of life and wisdom. It was never was a dull moment with her. She had nothing but stories to tell us when it came to traveling and just living life. She loved her job. She loved all the children. Cheese balls were her thing to bring the kids. lol. She taught me a few things when it came to the children and I am forever grateful for her. I miss her. And she will forever and truly be missed at Kindercare.
