We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Tim Michaels, my children’s father. He leaves behind 6 children who are struggling to cope with this immense and unexpected loss while facing financial hardship. My 3 children along with their older brother Tyler are also struggling with the task of planning their fathers funeral.
Timmy and his girlfriend just had a baby and hehas just gone back to work after an injury. Dom is working, but contributes a lot of it to our household expenses. Des is taking a semester off from college and basketball to work a part time job to help with household expenses. My adult children have helped me considerably through my separation and through the care of my stepchildren, and a friend’s baby. Without the resources to cover funeral expenses, they are reaching out to the community for support to honor their father’s memory with a proper farewell. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help ease this burden during such a difficult time. Your generosity means the world to this family in their hour of need.
