Timothy "Tim" Joshua Parnell, of Broken Arrow, was born January 25, 1979 in Pryor, Ok; he departed this life on April 13, 2022 in Tulsa OK, at the age of 43.

Tim grew up in Mayes County; and attended Pryor High where everyone knew him as Pauly. He graduated from Pryor High in 1997. After high school he attended NSU in Tahlequah, OK and he graduated there in 2002 with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Minor in History. He married the love of his life Tamara on July 31st 2004 in Broken Arrow, OK. He was a substitute teacher in Broken Arrow, Bixby and Catoosa schools. He was one of Catoosa's favorite subs. His favorite pastime was going to the movies as often as possible with Tamara. He also enjoyed playing Pokémon Go, anime, Johnny Cash music, Star Wars movies, and collecting Funko Pops.Tim was a devoted man of God and showed that devotion at the South BA Life Church along with his wife.

Tim is survived by his wife, Tamara of the home; sisters: Elizabeth "Susie" Parnell of Locust Grove, Robin Rist and husband Marvin of Sperry, and Kelly Staller and husband Clark of Dallas; brothers, Cory Hood and wife Rachel of Claremore, Benjamin Hood of Portland, Erich Hood of Bartlesville, Niece Jessica Harvey and fiance Jesse, four great nephews, Bentley, Benjamin, Remington, and Gage, one great niece Brenna and step father, Jack Hood of Purcell . He was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Sue Hood, grandmother, Betty Louise Hurley-Johnson, and aunt Linda Kay Herrington.

 A memorial service will be held at South Broken Arrow Life Church on Saturday, April 23rd at 2:00 pm.
