Timothy Lee Newton Jr., 38, of Henderson passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at his home.
Born in Durham County on November 17, 1985, he was the son of Timothy Lee Newton Jr. and Mary Anne Adcock Paynter.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 1st, 2024 at 1960 Old Epsom Rd in Henderson.Visitation will be from 3-4pm and the service will be held directly after.
He is survived by two daughters, Asia Marie Santiago and Brooklyn Faith Newton; his mother, Mary Anne Paynter (Daniel); his father, Timothy Lee Newton Jr.; one sister, Brittany Capps (B.J.); four brothers, Justin Newton, Cody Newton, Chris Paynter and Aaron Paynter (Harley); his maternal grandmother, Frances Jarrell; step grandmother, Jetty Paynter; one nephew, Bentley Capps, one niece, Eva Paynter, and many other friends and family members who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by one son, Isaiah Elias-Churchill Newton; his Papa, Winston Adcock, his stepdad, Frankie Lane, his Nana, Brenda Adcock, and many others.
