Tim is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Lisa Mullins; daughters Jessica Walker (Stephen) and Crystal Mullins-Kerns (Casey) and four precious grandchildren: Connor (5), Michael (4), Lorelai (2), and Andrew (1). He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Mary Catherine Samuel; his four older siblings Carl 'Jimmy' Mullins Jr. (Esther), Theresa Rhodes (David), Carol 'Elaine' Wood, and Rebecca 'Becky' Moore (Allen); his sisters-in-law Daine Hueston and Carol Moyer (Scott) and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. 

Preceding him in death is his parents, Pauline and Carl Mullins Sr.; maternal grandparents John and Daisy Marie Dodson; paternal grandparents Marshie and Merlie Mullins; father-in-law James 'Dudley' Ennis; brothers-in-law Raymond Wood and Harry Hueston; and nephews Trevor Moore and Benjamin Hueston.

Tim's dedication and willingness to always help others proved a trait he was proud to have as he spent many years as a volunteer firefighter for Catlett Volunteer Fire Department and never hesitated to lend a helping hand to friends, family and strangers alike without expecting anything in return. 

He obtained his CDL license early on and built a career as a skilled truck driver, logging countless miles behind the wheel on the open road. His passion included riding motorcycles and he took great pride in his "show room floor ready" 2006 Harley-Davidson Street Glide, which became his signature. His motorcycle's distinct sound and commanding presence earned him many compliments, including from local law enforcement. 

Tim believed that with hard work, determination, and the right attitude, you could do anything you set your mind to. 

To honor Tim's wishes, the family will be gathering for a Celebration of Life in lieu of a traditional funeral. Any friends who wish to join are kindly asked to contribute a dish, dessert, or beverage.

Tim's life will be celebrated on August 24th at 3 PM at the family home on Carriage Ford Road in Catlett, VA.
