Timothy Wayne Mathis, 45 born September 9, 1974 of Dothan, Al passed away on February 16, 2020 after an extended illness at Calhoun Nursing Home in Edison, Georgia. Tim is proceeded in death by his mother Cynthia Diane Floyd, father Paul Edward Mathis and grandmother Inez Irons, all of Dothan, Alabama. He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Ann Mathis of Dothan,
Alabama. Along with two brothers, two sisters and countless family members. In lieu of flowers his daughter asks for donations to be made to the American Stroke Foundation in her father' s name.

His daughter would also like to say a special thank you to Debbie & Steve Loftis for all the love and support they have shown her and Tim throughout this time and a thank you to Calhoun Nursing Home for taking care of her father so well in his last days.

In my thoughts, in my heart. In every part of my life, you are always with me and always will be.
