Timothy, 65, of Palm Coast, FL, passed away on June 08, 2021 after his loving heart stopped. He was surrounded by his loved one, Mother Joanne Newkirk at the time of his passing.

Timothy was predeceased by Father John Newkirk and his pet, Mari.  He is survived by Joanne, sister Adonis, and beloved nephews Josh and Beau.

 Timothy was always passionate about Democratic party politics and was unapologetically liberal. In San Francisco he was a freelance investigative news journalist.  He was a part of Human Rights Campaign and Stonewall San Francisco Democratic Club.

 As an active member of his community, Timothy fervently fought for the rights of marginalized communities seeking social justice and economic democracy.  His hobby was being the most sophisticated news consumer of all issues important to the country.
