Tiffany's obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce that Tiffany Walthall, born on April 9, 1970, passed away on February 8, 2025. Tiffany faced many challenges in her life, including the loss of her beloved parents and her journey with multiple sclerosis. Through it all, she remained both positive and strong, always wearing that wonderful smile and lifting the spirits of those around her with her effortless humor.

Tiffany loved being a mom. Her son, Childress, was her whole world, and their bond was something truly special—full of love and laughter. Whether they were spending time with family, the cast of NCIS, or their beloved dog, Boo, every moment they shared was precious.

Tiffany is also remembered by her niece and nephew, Ella and Alex. As their “partner in fun”, they enjoyed spending time at the beach with their “Tete”, exploring New Orleans, and turning the simplest outings into the biggest adventures.

Tiffany was a beloved sister to Tricia Brody, and like many sisters, they fought hard and loved harder. Tiffany took on the role of Tricia’s protector, always looking out for her little sister and trying to keep her out of trouble—though that was no easy task. They shared a special connection through their mutual love of horses, spending countless hours as "bit and spur" buddies at horse camp, where their passion for riding and adventure strengthened their bond. Tiffany also shared a lifelong bond with her Blackwell cousins, treasuring the family ties that meant everything to her.

Life would not have been the same without Lillie Howard—she was a ray of sunshine in the Blackwell house. Her love, guidance, and sacrifice shaped the family in ways that can never be measured. In many ways, Tiffany carried that same light, embodying Lillie’s warmth, generosity, and unwavering devotion to family. We will deeply miss Tiffany’s way of bringing a little bit of Lillie into every moment, a constant reminder of the love and joy that bind us together.

Family meant everything to her, and she cherished the connections and memories they created together over the years.

Tiffany had a natural gift for turning the ordinary into something beautiful. She loved finding items in need of a little TLC and transforming them into something both wonderful and useful. Her home was a reflection of her creativity—filled with carefully chosen decorations, each piece adding warmth and character. No matter where she lived, she had a way of making any place feel like home.

Tiffany had a boundless love for animals of all kinds—whether furry, feathered, or even a little unconventional. Dogs, cats, opossums, birds, and horses all found a special place in her heart. With a compassionate soul and a gentle touch, she never turned away an animal in need, always offering them love, care, and a safe place to call home. Her joy in nurturing them was evident, and in return, they filled her life with comfort and joy.

Beyond her creativity and love for animals, Tiffany had a few quirks that made her even more endearing—most notably, her legendary lack of driving skills, which never failed to both concern and amuse her family.

She found comfort in life’s simple pleasures—watching Hallmark movies, reading romance novels, and indulging in her HGTV addiction. These small joys brought her peace and inspiration, filling her days with happiness.

Tiffany may no longer be with us, but her spirit will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her legacy of love, laughter, creativity, and her unwavering ability to find beauty in everything will live on. She reminded us to embrace life’s little moments and cherish the bonds that make it meaningful. Her love will always be felt in the hearts of her family, friends, and the beloved animals she cared for so deeply.

Rest well, dear Tiffany—your love and laughter will forever be remembered and cherished.
