Background
As everyone knows, Tiffany's life was cut short very suddenly and in a terrible way. I know that she has bills that might possibly need to be paid.... don't know for sure how that will work! There are expenses that we, being on fixed incomes, are going to be hard pressed to meet. Anything remaining will be kept in an account or if there is enough, a CD or something of that sort for her two children.
