Tiffany Thanh-Phuong Chu, 25, of Richardson, Texas, passed away at 2:26 AM, Sunday, August 24, 2014, in an accident. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM on Thursday and Friday, August 28-29, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Ave. Dallas, TX 75243. The funeral mass will be held at 8:00 AM on August 30, 2014 at Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 2121 West Apollo Rd., Garland, Texas 75044. Tiffany was born in Dallas, Texas on December 4, 1988. She graduated from Plano East High School and earned a Bachelor’s of Biology degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. She worked as a representative at State Farm Insurance and prior as a dental assistant. She enjoyed outdoor activities, boating, watching TV, swimming and spending time with her friends and family. She was a dedicated member volunteered for many years at Salvation Army, and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Garland. Tiffany shared her life with Brian Johnson for 6 years, and is survived by her only daughter, Skylyn Janell Johnson; her 2 sisters, Jennifer, Jessica; parents, Thinh, and Thuy Chu, and her extended relatives and friends.
