Thomasina "Tomi" Circo, 76, of Reno, NV, passed away on March 20, 2024, surrounded by her family.
Tomi, born on December 31, 1947 to Sebastian Circo and Catherine Durbin in Stockton CA, she immediately brought joy and laughter into the world.
Tomi went on to graduate from Stagg High School in 1965 in Stockton CA. After graduating from high school, Tomi went on to pursue a career at Tracy Army Depot in Tracy CA. In …
