I met Zak on the floor of the CME. He worked for one of the brokerage groups that I frequently did business with. Zak was our main point of contact  and frankly he was perfect man for the job. During quiet markets he was a fun loving guy that I loved to talk to about the White Sox. When things got crazy, he always had a smile on his face. If the brokerage group executed an order poorly, it was impossible to be mad at Zak, he'd look at you with that big smile and shrug his shoulders. My life is better for having experiencing him. Although we had not talked in years, he holds a warm spot in my heart and definetely made the world a better place.
